Our Story

ScaleIP started with a clear problem. While working in academic research, our team saw breakthrough innovations stalling due to outdated processes and disconnected stakeholders. The next life-changing idea might already exist, but without a path to commercialization, it stays locked in the lab.

To address this, we joined the I-CORPS program and partnered with CU Venture Partners to better understand the needs of innovation and tech transfer teams. We uncovered a critical opportunity to support them with new workflow tools and a unique industry leading data asset. Leveraging modern AI technologies, we've sped up how IP reaches the market.

Today, universities, healthcare systems, and innovation teams are being asked to move faster with fewer resources and greater pressure to deliver impact. The pace of discovery is accelerating, but the systems supporting it have not kept up. At ScaleIP, we are advancing the technology that helps these teams make faster decisions, uncover new opportunities, and bring innovation to market with clarity and confidence.
